Too much of the rest of corporate america has taken the enron route. How about the airlines, huge bonuses for the boards while trying to get employees to take pay cuts. Same story every day in the biz sections of the 4 newspapers i read.
Harvard biz teaches a class on the beauty of the Waffle house system. Low pay, work the people into the ground, and keep rotating them to third shift. The employess WILL quite before they climb the ladder. That is unfortunately the norm for the 6% of unemployed america right now.

Laid off and pissed off about it.
