What about Slobodan Milosevic? (I probably have spelled this wrong...) Didnt he spend several years making NATO and the UN look like fools?

I cant understand why everyone thinks the UN is such a powerful body.  It has been proven ineffective time and time again.

Corran, I appreciate your viewpoint on this, but dont get too wrapped up in the UN being the solution to this problem.  IMO, the person that stated that everyone is protecting their interests here, has it right.
