But when a lynch mob arrives at the local county court, out-numbering the guard 10 to 1, and demands for the defendent to be handed over for lynching... then your court process is "a joke" and fails to function.

But it is the USA that has made the UN a "joke". The USA's refusal to abide by the international laws it helped to write has undermined the UN and all it has tried to do.

I'm sorry, but it is the USA in this whole affair that is the evil player. It is the USA that threatens world peace, not iraq or korea. it is the USA that is not abiding by international laws, and is threatening the invasion ond destruction of soverign states.

Usually, the USA does good, and means well. But in this case, the actions and intentions of the USA are wrong and are now also ilegal since the UN has said no to war.
