Agree with most of what you say, but easy on the Ibuprofen. Maximum suggested dosage is 2400mg per day.  There has been some evidence that all NSAIDs can cause some liver damage. Acetomenophen is the most likely to cause problems, but you should be careful with all OTC pain meds.  600mg IB every 6 hrs(4 times daily) or 800 every 8hrs( 3 times daily).
