You could be me, who dislocated his shoulder four weeks ago, and had reconstructive surgery a week ago.  Total time on dry land = minimum of 4 months.  All this right as Spring snowmelt begins.  I went from 2-4 times a week (year round), to a big, fat zero!  You must look on bright side grasshoppa!  Stay healthy!
