Never was uncomfortable with the footbrace system, maybe i was just use to it.  The wavewheels and kickflips were unbelievable, eddy lines were insane, miles upon miles of stern squirt time in the Ace...probably where i lost significant hearing now that i think about it.  Mucho immersion time, make sure you wear earplugs.

There's allot of flatwater no doubt, but you wont have any problem keeping up with the rafts.   I couldnt catch some of the long waves because the Ace is not real fast and play is mostly 'on the fly', u just have to read early and be aggressive.

Super fun boat for the canyon at our size.
