I did say that sometimes companies will warranty these boats anyway, but if they do, it is out of kindness of the heart, and not obligation. Even Prijon's warranty states that if the plastic is stressed beyond the physical limitations of the material (ie-rocks) it will not be replaced.
Riot does it too. Everyone does it from time to time out of kindness... but its a moment of kindness, not industry policy. Don't expect this to happen, but be happy if it does.
Expect to de denied is what i'm saying, or you're going to be dissapointed because no one in the idustry has a warranty policy that replaces boats broken from impact.
