Rocks are part of the typical abuse that any kayak is supposed to be designed to deal with. You dont have to be willy nilly in the head to know that there are rocks on the river. After a certain period of time this "typical wear" makes it impossible to continue that structural integrity of the hull. Thus making it impossible to continue a longer warranty than say 1 year, but you are within that 1 year window. Watermark pisses me off. Not to company bash, but i am tired of this corporation stuff. i like seeing Corran and EJ on this board cause that shows some really good PR. Sorry just rambling but call dagger more and be really stern, if they wont hear you out then write them up a letter in big lawyer looking layout.
