	on pittsburgh local NPR station on wednesday, there was a report that the johnstown area was due to receive a sizable grant for outdoor recreational development. among the projects cited in this report was a release valve from the reservoir for more and regularly scheduled recreational releases. there is also talk of bike trails and what not. roger
