People sure do take the falls lightly lately. Especially since it lands on rocks, and rocks that seem to be jumbled and pointing the wrong way if you ask me. Yikes!
Take SWR and use good judgement, seems that people rush to judgements and make some bad choices, especially when it comes to swimming, most people are NOT strong swimmers, plus they misjudge how slow they are when they have on elbow pads, body pads, pants, and a whole bunch of other loose material.
Speaking of SWR. I have been on those RL rocks and let boats go by before too. Priority one, my safety, next, my group. If I jump in and try to get that gear, I will probably get swept down, and there are some big consequences if you swim the section on the left downstream of the falls. For a person, yeah, Id do it, for a boat, no thanks. Separate my group, bad. Go chase someone I dont knows gear and leave my duty to set safety for folks in MY group to do it, bad. I think I am just going to point.
