It's easy stuff - shouldn't give you any trouble if you handled the Nanty.

Saturday's scheduled release is from 1pm - 6pm.

Two options include:  1) Putting on at Wilbur Dam and taking out at the park in Elizabethton or 2) Putting on at the park in Elizabethton and taking out at the boat ramp in Watauga, TN.

Both will take a couple hours to complete (2-3).  Option 1 has the biggest rapid (Bee Cliff) of either section and it is right at the beginning.  Option 2 has a bit more remoteness to it.

May want to check with BTUser WildWildWes to see if he's showing any beginners down tomorrow.

Try again when the natural flow is better and the Lower Noli should be a great option for you.

(The Pigeon is also an option but it looks like their scheduled release season is over - meaning it will be a bit of a crap shoot as to whether or not there is water flowing when you show up...)
