They've usually got good deals on wetsuits and often have drytops available.  Order their catalog ASAP and then look through it when it arrives - they've usually got a riddle or some such thing tucked away in the catalog that you can enter as a coupon code when you order on-line.  (it will typically allow free shipping or 20% off, etc)

For southwest VA winter paddling (I live just across the line in NE TN) you're going to need:

Option 1 - a wetsuit plus insulating layer(s) for top and bottom and a semi-drytop or (preferably) a full-on latex gasket drytop.  You'll also want wool, fleece, or neoprene socks and river booties.

Option 2 - a drysuit plus under layers  / IR union suit

Get a head warmer and pogies/gloves.
