	.... we don't have borrow more money for China to pay for FEMA or, we don't have our taxes raised to balance an already failing budget or, people on the Gulf Coast don't have to suffer through another hurricaine or, hurricaine hits close to harvest time raising food priced even more or, insurance rates continue to climb because of more payouts to hurricaine victims or, hoping you get enough water to get in one or two days of boating on your favorite non-dam controlled stream I am sorry, but I don't hope another intense hurricaine hits the USA.
