	Stohlquist - $550 IR - $650 Palm - $650 NRS - $750 Kokatat - $925 Whats the best for the price?  I want it to be dry and to hold up well.  Do I really need to spend $925 for Kokatat?  Still need to buy new base layers too, so I'm looking for quality at an affordable price. Thanks!
