	.................one can sneak just about everything on the Upper as well. It is whatever they want kayaking to be to them. ;) It seem odd though that they would even want to get on the Upper if they are not taking care of business on the Middle. I never liked people telling me what I could and couldn't paddle and I do my best to limit my opinions on what other folks should paddle. If they are an adult they can make thier own descions. Jason
