I had big quads from years of bike racing, and my XXX has super enclosing thigh braces -- hooks really -- that vould have been constraining for a wet exit -- took me a long time to wriggle out.  So I cut off the vertical hook portions with a sawzaw and filled the cavity with spray foam insulation.  Worked like a charm -- maybe she wouldn't notice?  :-)
