Join us in St. Louis, MO this summer for the 2nd Annual Race for the Rivers event to promote clean water education, restoration and recreation. The Greenway Network, a volunteer organization devoted to the preservation and conservation of Missouri waterways, will be hosting three separate events for paddlers of all skill levels. Race one is a two-day event for experienced paddlers, covering 65 miles of the Missouri River from Washington, MO to the Confluence. Race two is for the less experienced paddler and or recreational paddlers. The race begins in Weldon Spring and ends at Frontier Park in St. Charles. Pace is entirely at the discretion of each team. The Race for the Rivers Festival takes places at Frontier Park from 11 am to 8 pm. Live music, great food and drink and hands-on art and environmental activities are just a few things in the works for the celebration. Minimum pledges range from $40 - $120 depending on race entered and solo or tandem registration. All tax deductible pledges support Greenway Network's various clean water initiatives.

Registration is open now. Visit www.racefortherivers.org for more information.
