I'm 200 and wouldn't want to run anything serious in it with 30 more lbs in the boat (though it would help for flatwater stuff).
Also, I have a 36" inseam and 13EE feet. If your legs/feet are longer/bigger than that you might have trouble fitting.  
Try it! If you fit and it floats, why not??
