	If you can control the facts of your own court case, you should control them so you can actually win. That's the inactive lawyer perspective anyway. Not saying it is a good idea, at least not at this point.  Could very well be if you piss off the true locals, they'd make our lives so miserable what the forest service did wouldn't matter.  (Our as in boater's generally.  I'd probably get myself killed on the Upper Chattooga personally)
