	None of the outfitters do ducky trips on the Upper Pigeon on release days.  Smoky Mtn Outdoors and some others do duckys on the Lower and maybe would let you out on the Upper if you could convince them of your worthiness, but I don't think that will happen this weekend.  The Pigeon saw its first fatality on Tuesday of this week, not really too rafting related, the victim was in poor health, took a swim on the last rapid of the Lower and collapsed just as the raft got to the takeout, probable cause of death was cardiac arrest.  It's probably a safe bet that everyone up there will be dotting all the i's and crossing all the t's though and nobody will want to make any exceptions that would put them in a compromised legal position should anything go wrong.
