And get yerself some health insurance.  By not seeing a Doctor and getting some health insurance there won't be any pre-existing condition clauses you have to dance around.  As for what to do right now- keep it immobile for 6 weeks with a sling that has the strap that goes around the back to keep the shoulder in tight against the body.  Google the s#!& out of shoulder rehab exercises and start those at the end of the six weeks.  Rubber band exercises are what a PT would use.  I hate to say it but odds are its gonna happen again at some point- so get some cheap accident insurance and be ready for if/when it does happen again.  I spent a whole season guiding and paddling on a self rehabed shoulder, and it came out again, and then again and again.  I didn't have any insurance when I had surgery for my shoulder and it ended up costing over 10 grand.  Spend some money and get accident coverage, its gonna pay off in the long run.
