	Case in point, Harpers Ferry incident, a few years ago, another flooded or high river case.  Is  problem: 1) The raft companies believe those signed releases, allow them to act irresponsibly ? or 2) The raft companies want to share there enthusiasm for running rivers in flood with their clueless clients who think they are going for a six flags ride? or 3) The county medical examiners are related to the raft company owners and declare all deaths a heart attack? LOL
