If I know it is my fault (ie., I ran it over some nasty basalt), I would probably try to fix it myself rather than pay the cost of shipping both ways.  Other than fixing valves, repairing inflatables isn't that hard.  Probably not a big cost item for Aire if they have to patch a few boats a year but aren't paying shipping.
