	I worked with Dagger/Watermark just up to the Confluence buy out. I like how the other person responded. Office life is OK, working on the floor is kinda lame. If your a boater, and I'm guessing you are, I'd pass. You'd have a better lifestyle working for a local outfitter. My 2cents.
