Very tragic death that happened to somebody who slipped and fell into the river just above 'the sinks'.  He was swept over the falls and stuffed into a crevice or cave at the base of the falls was was killed.   This is a very dangerous location and anybody who does not understand the dangers of whitewater does NOT need to be 'playing' here.
