I figure with all the water that's been released at levels beyond what's safe (for most of us) to paddle, and the water that's been released overnight, the Cheoah, if managed properly could have run @ 1000 cfs from 7 to 3 most everyday. I understand the resevoir is full and this is the only reason for the unscheduled releases in the first place, it's just too bad that when there's water that has to go, it can't be released with us (and the local economy) in mind.
