The former tend to be special cases: organizations putting on classes for their members, or pro bono classes taught by SWR instructors for worthy causes (for example, guides for a charity organization).  The expensive end is the commercial classes (typically for rescue team or fire personnel) by Rescue 3.  ACA classes (in northern California) usually come in somewhere around $100-150 these days.
