	I played pack mule enough when I was in the Infantry, I see no reason to pack a kayak up the side of the mountain if I have a reasonable alternative. There are a number of Cumberland Plateau runs that require a hike to get to the putins and a couple with a hike out too. I do these runs quite often when they are running, but I wouldn't hike in if there were a decent alternative. OTOH, I don't whine if I have to paddle a couple of miles of flat water to get to or out of a decent run. Nice troll, though.
