I bought a magnum in April, had it crack less than two months later, and have been going through a painfully frustrating warranty process.  I left two messages with the factory and sent emails and heard absolutely nothing back from them. I finally decided to contact a Riot rep. nearby and even he is having trouble delivering the replacement hull to me. At least he is communicating with me and trying to help me out. Of course, I'll welcome any help after two months of silence from riot.  It has been three months since my boat cracked and I still don't have a replacement. IMO this is ridiculous.

Not trying to whine on boatertalk, just sharing my experience with Riot.  Seriously consider stuff like this when buying a creek boat from them because it sucks!  Especially because I love the Magnum so much!
