	First off we are in a drought and Duke is using the resources the best way thay can. All we are asking Duke is this; is it possible to not run 60% at night but rather hold that water for a 100% release the next day. None of us (locals and non-locals) would be going crazy if there was water like last summer when 200% was being released almost daily. Yea... some locals don't want it to change... don't want more people... bla..bla.. but the way I see it is that everything eventually changes. The more people that kayak the more that will show up at any river.
