they are doing the best they can.  I just suggest there has been a strong locals vs the rest attitude in the past year.  And ('till recently) the lack of an option for ocasional users did not help.

The bottom line I was getting at is there might be more support from ocasional Green boaters had there been more effort to work something out for them.


The "rental key" is a step in the right direction, wish it could have been started sooner.
