	Ask Duke to cut back on the 60 percent releases, hold  the water for more 100 percent releases and update their  phone line for three to four days in advance as they have been doing lately. This would seem to give people traveling from a large radius a better shot at the Green than other East Coast creeks that are rain-dependent. I have no major objection to the idea of scheduled releases if that is what the fishermen favor. However I think Duke is not going to go for that and flows will remain based on electrical demand, changing lake levels and weather conditions.
