it's just that a statement saying that 7-12 releases seem benefit the most, is just not true.  

How about 3pm-12m?  that schedule suits me the best, but the Ashevillians who work at coffee shops or restaurants are either sleeping or working.  there isn't one schedule that truly benefits most, except 12m-12m.
