Fishermen want early mornings and late evenings on the water.  Private boaters on the Narrows would take about 9am till 1 or 2 pm, and the Outfitters run trips running till late afternoon.  Seems to be the best plan to me....but there could be other viewpoints.  But I think everyone agrees that no one benefits from overnight releases.
