	public forum,on the World wide web.Everyone was invited.I didn't see one Knoxvillian there so stop bitching. If you and some other kids from Tenn.want a say so in the process,get involved.A diolog has been established between interested partys(fisherman and boaters)and Duke power.This is a first, and perhaps a great opportunity for everyone that wants to paddle the Green if we work together.Your bichtin ain't helping.If duke Power were to consider our request and stop running at night and at 60 percent than weekend releases would be more perdictable as would weekday 100's,simply because water in equals water out.
