would dictate that whatever the outcome is will affect frequent users of the watershed (fisherman,paddlers alike) more than people who come here a few days a year .

That does not mean that you or any other visitor to the area is less important or less welcome, it simply means that you will not be affected as much.

THIS IS NOT A LOCALS ISSUE.

This is an issue for everyone who loves the Green, regardless of your lifestyle, means or choice of river recreation.

People need to stop being antogonistic.
