NCWRC's trail denial is what I know as the deal breaker.  

The land in question for this deal was NOT the Ring's lot that Woody and the Access Fund rents now --- and was not even accessed via Gallimore Road.

I have another 2003 letter/statement from Sutton Bacon, as well as a pdf file detailing the proposal from AW that I will put up on that page at some point.
