clearly to leave the term "scheduled" out of any dialogue that is to be had with the power company. For once it seems that the desires of the fisherman and kayakers dovetail and the hope is to capitalize on this unification to makes some headway with Duke.
Everyone needs to leave the word "local" out of this entire discussion. What happens on the Green affects everyone who uses it whether you live close to it or not.
Of course Green locals paddle other "scheduled release" runs, but I think comparing any of the ones in the Southeast to the Green for the sake of this discussion is irrelevant.
I say props to Sara for taking the point on this, I gurantee you this was not a position she chose to be in.
