All quiet on the Southwestern Va front. How goes it in the capital city?

I ended up doing the whole 10 sessions during my rolfing rehab and it released my body much more than just a chiro visit. Always good to follow up rolfing with yoga to keep things balanced and in check (and alot cheaper than visiting your rolfer again). The feeling from it is both pleasure and pain as your body releases so many endorphins. Pain is not bad at all.

Besides....aren't y'all ladies SUPPOSED to be able to tolerate pain better than the guys?

$hit! I cannot even fathom the pain of childbirthing! Is it anything like when you eat one of those military dehydrated MREs and do not drink water? I hear it is like a corncob being extruded from one's sphincter. (no 'corn' pun intended - just a simile that I was told)

Rolfing is da' bomb and a heck of alot cheaper than surgery.
