If your lady is right around 120 lbs, she'll be maximazing playability in an EVO for sure.  If she is only focused on playing, I would strongly suggest the EVO, however, if she is going to be doing a mixture of P&P, river running, some mild creeking, then the EZ would be the best all-around boat.  It's width creates a super stable platform, in addition with 10 more gallons, she'll be a bit more boyant for bigger volume runs.  

So, to sum it up:  

Pure play = EVO
River/play = EZ

Just my thoughts!  And my fiance is awaiting her EZ!  :)
