You're probably out of luck.  While it's not nearly as poor as the upper western portion of the state, water supply is about  
65% of average. Temperatures are going to be warm in the next 10-days which indicates that we won't have a delayed melt. We've also already had some period of record warm temps so the pack is ripe and much more ready to move than if things had been cooler that past month or so.
