question Question about Creek Pogies that I saw someone with New

I broke my finger on Mill Creek up in WV (headless horseman).  That same day the dries ran... I think it was March 3rd.  Anyways I met a guy there with these yellow pogies that looked like boxing gloves.  They had a drysuit type wrist gasket on them and what felt like hard rubber that surrounded the hands.  I think they are made by IR.

That's all that I really know about them at this point.  If anybody knows ANYTHING about them I'd really appreciate it.  I'm just looking for a way to keep broken fingers to a minimum.
