Those of us who come to Tennessee from out of the area cannot access Townsend, because the morons who put it on a 900 number with Tellico Plains ignored the fact that you cannot access 900 numbers from cell phones or from pay phones. So there I might sit in, say, Wartburg or Erwin or summers, wondrin' if the Little or Tellico is up, with no way to find out.  Duh.  Didn't that Tellico Development Association just come up with a grand plan when TVA cut those gauges loose?

So: how 'bout some recommended zeros based on the Marysville gauge, which is still accessible from cell phones and pay phones?
