Been following this pretty closely and have written many letters pertaining to this fight. One question: What exactly is the SLRD?

Being here in the southeast, I won't be able to make it for the hearing but I would love to voice my concerns and support everyone that is fighting Ledcor in their attempt to get proper zoning.
