First, my sincere condolences to all who knew Paul Horner.  I did not, but I have lost paddling friends and it is a sad and tragic day for those who have lost their friend.  I don't mean to be morbid, but I was in Ecuador two weeks ago and was wondering if anyone knows where this occured and what were the circumstances?
