This is the second this season.  (The first was in November 2001).  Dan Dunlap was November 2000.  And there are at least 2 more that I recall.  Seems to be the most deadly destination from a tourist perspective.

Condolences.  I don't know Paul Horner, but I'd like to hear about him from those who did.  What was he like?  Sounds like he was well known in the SE?
