beyond that, I'm looking for people I'd be proud to have represent the company. A big name is nice, but not everything... not even close. Exposure is a good thing. If you can document what you've been in, whether it's videos, magazines, the web, etc... and not only what you've done, but your plans for the next year. Races, comps, events, demos, expeditions are all viable forms of exposure. But, like I said, I think the biggest thing is being a good person, who cares about the sport, about advancing the sport and being a good face for the product. |
