	Zach, it's all about finding the water. I'm a state north , but spent a month in AZ during the 2005 El-Nino cycle -- there's definately water off of the mogillon rim. The key is planning around the forecast and the forecasted hydrographs. Check out: http://www.cbrfc.noaa.gov Or shoot me an email via BT. Were you in Tucson in Late July? I heard folks got some boating in on Sabino, Aravaipa, and few other washes. By no means is it going to be "quality" but any river runner is going to be one of a few to transit the water way during this civilization.
