	This is still very much evolving - I wrote it up this morning and  do not yet have a clear idea of how the competition will be held, how to judge, or a points scheme.  In general, yes - I plan to judge the hydraulic, maybe with the help of some local boaters.  I think foamies, as in the above video, will be an essential part of this!
