Translating a post for people who do not understand the lanugage is not something I personally have a problem with, but translating the posts and running a Russian version of BT using those posts would be. The redistribution is the important point. You do not have the right to redistribute. That is illegal. Do I mind? Not in most cases, but it is better to ask me first. I'm a very reasonable man. :-)
